One Constitution to Rule Them All
Is it Broken Yet?
It’s heartening in our cynical day and age to see that although parts of our government system seem to be breaking or broken, that other parts of it and the constitution are doing their job.
Even though the wheels of justice seem to move slowly, they seem to be still moving. Here we are almost three years after the fact and we’re finally coming down to the support of the constitution to make things right.
The 14th Amendment
I’m specifically talking about section 3 of the 14th amendment to the constitution.
A lawsuit was filed in Minnesota — and the Minnesota Secretary of State just announced that he will remove Trump from the ballot if the Minnesota Supreme Court rules that he can.
Legal experts are already saying that this will create a “domino effect” that can lead to DJT being removed from the ballot “in all 50 states.”
Here’s what part of the filing says:
“Donald J. Trump, through his words and actions, after swearing an oath as an officer of the United States to support the Constitution, engaged in insurrection or rebellion, or gave aid and comfort to its enemies, as defined by Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment.”
It seems perfectly clear to me that anyone with half a brain can plainly see and discern what took place on January 6th. DJT was derelict in his duty for not putting a stop to things as soon as he saw his minions breaking into the..
. watched things unfolding in real time toggling between 6 different live feeds that day. I’m sure that then president DJT had at least as good a front row seat as IAs Clear as Day
One thing I saw clear as day at the end when DJT finally did call his minions off was the Q-Anon Shaman come out of the broken doors where the break-in first occurred. He still had his bull horn and started telling everyone that DJT had just announced that they should all go home. They all immediately turned around and started leaving.
I never saw that played on MSM but, in that moment it was obvious who controlled that crowd. I never had a doubt that our president had just committed treason against his own country and violated his oath of office.
It’s time to deploy the constitution and end this chapter in American history.
