Where did 2021 Go?
Did 2021 fly by or what? Not only did it fly by but, it seems to me like 2021 was pretty much a lost year. That’s probably my fault but, more about that later.
Did 2021 zip by in the blink-of-an-eye?
It seems like the January 6th insurrection was just the other day and not over a year ago already. I don’tknow where the time went. Does it seem like nothing’s been resolved about the insurrection?
I don’t know about you but, I think we need to, as a nation, get some clarity and closure on that terribly sad day, on that eggregious attack on everything we hold to be true and sacred as a county.
Why does it seem like we’ve simply forgoten about the January 6th Insurrection?
Was it just too much for us at that point; after 4 years of trumpism and the turmoil and mayhem of the 2020 Covid holocaust?
Yes, I think we all wanted and still want to put the whole January 6th riot and terrorist attack on our country behind us and out of mind but, IMO, that would be a terrible mistake!
Just like any trauma, we must face it down, deal with it and get closure or it or it will come back to traumatize us over and over again, not just in 2022 but also in years to come; not just in our minds, hearts and souls but also in our collective reality.
What have we come to?
There are now many more polititians trying to follow in 45’s footsteps. In many states, voting laws have made voting more restrictive. 45 is still raising money and holding on to his power and he’s still a threat to our democracy.
I say this not to be a downer and ruin your New Year but, to say let’s all work together to in 2022 to put down the rabid dogs who’ve been unleashed by a rogue president. We also NEED to HOLD ACCOUNTABLE the ONE who unleashed this plague on our country as well as his minions in public office!
Not only that but, we need to have the resolve, as the MAJORITY of SANE AMERICANS who LOVE our Country to RISE UP and DEMAND TRUTH and JUSTICE PREVAIL Once Again in our Beloved USA!

14th Ammendment Section Three
There’s growing evidence that Donald Trump and members of congress planned the insurrection to interrupt the congressional process and steal the election. If the evidence from the congressional committee shows that is so, and barring any other criminal charges, section three of the 14th ammendment can be invoked so DJT cannot ever again run for an elected federal office. This is the bare minimum, I would think, that should be done to hold him and his cronies in congress accountable.
From a constitutional perspective, there’s no difference between trying to overturn an election by fraud, force or violence. All of them fall under insurrection. ~ University of Law Professor Mark Graber
